How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation by email so you can follow your delivery.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number sent automatically by email once your package is dispatched.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no additional cost.

Will it fit me?

GRACE caps feature adjustable back closures and are designed to comfortably fit most head circumferences from approximately 55–61 cm (21.7–24 in).

To measure your head, use a soft measuring tape around the part of your head where the cap naturally sits, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.

Can I return my order?

Yes. GRACE offers a 60-day hassle-free return policy. You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. To start a return, contact us at contact@graceheadwear.com with your order number and we’ll send you the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@graceheadwear.com and we’ll make it right.

Are original shipping charges refundable?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
